AHMA’s EAGLE Magazine Converts to Weekly ePublication: The eAGLE
The former bi-monthly publication will now be e-mailed weekly along with The Hard Fax, The Hard Fax International, the AHMA Confidence Index, the AHMA Dashboard, the AHMA Washington Report and other industry news and event updates.
Schaumburg, Illinois, February 12, 2010 —The American Hardware Manufacturers Association (AHMA) today announced the re-launch of the EAGLE magazine as a weekly ePublication. The EAGLE, which has published for 29 years as the member-focused news and events vehicle for the association, will now provide similar content and information updated in a weekly e-mail format taking advantage of today’s improved communication technology to better serve the needs of member companies.
The newly named eAGLE will be e-mailed every Wednesday morning beginning February 17, 2010. By combining the eAGLE with AHMA’s other weekly and monthly communications, such as The Hard Fax, The Hard Fax International, the AHMA Confidence Index, the AHMA Dashboard and the AHMA Washington Report, recipients will now have all of the home improvement industry’s important news and event updates sent directly to their inbox in one convenient, clickable e-mail where they can pick and choose items of interest to them.
Timothy S. Farrell, President and Chief Executive Officer of the American Hardware Manufacturers Association, said: “The new weekly e-mailing of the eAGLE is designed to provide our member companies and industry partners with a timely, content-rich communication delivered in a modern, easy-to-use format. While the printed EAGLE served us well over many years, today’s vastly improved electronic systems allow us to deliver more news and information faster and more efficiently than ever before and we are excited about using these new technologies to better serve the industry.”
